The Department of state service and personnel and Ministry of Information and Communications posted electronic Honours board of the Republic of Tatarstan in the state information system “Official portal of the Republic of Tatarstan”. The electronic honours board was created in order to increase the prestige of state civil service and public recognition of merits in professional activity.

In the period of “All-Russia subscription decade”, the “Subscriber’s day” will be held in Tandem shopping mall on May 19, 2016. This day all subscribers will get special discounts and gifts.

10, 791 signal cards and 9,982 juveniles and 5,226 families are registered in the information system “Registration and monitoring of families and juveniles at social risk in the Republic of Tatarstan”.

According to the plan of work of Regional commission for juvenile affairs and protection of their rights, seminars on organization of work in the information system “Registration and monitoring of families and juveniles at social risk in the Republic of Tatarstan” were held in Zelenodolsk, Baltasi, Aznakayevo, and Kazan.

89,496 applications and individual programmes are registered in the state information system “Social population register of the Republic of Tatarstan” 

From the beginning of 2016, Tatarstan citizens have used the service “electronic booking of appointment with a doctor” more than 3.5 mln times. The service is available on the Portal of state and municipal services, terminal, infomat “Electronic Tatarstan”, mobile application and federal electronic reception.

The experience of the Republic of Tatarstan in using information technologies in work of Civil registry offices was marked at a panel discussion “Import substitution: achievements and prospects” at All-Russia contest “PROF-IT-2016” in Ufa on May 16-17.
