On June 5, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov and other officials visited the laboratory of quantum communications at Kazan national research technical university. The multi-node quantum network was presented there. The network was launched by a group of scientists from Kazan quantum center and University of information technologies, mechanics and optics in Russia and CIS.
The 25th selection of startup projects was held at Naberezhnye Chelny IT-park last weekend. Successful graduates of business incubator took part in the event as experts. The expert commission considered 70 business solutions and only nine of them reached the final pitches, and five were selected for the business incubator.

A new category “Using telephone when driving” is now available in Public inspector information system. Public inspectors can now send messages about drivers, who use their phones when driving.
On June 5, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met winners of the 5th National championship “Young professionals” Worldskills Russia at “Sviyazhsk hills” resort in Verkhneuslonsky region, Tatarstan.
The first game of Confederation Cup will be held at Kazan-Arena stadium on June 18. Everyone, who bought tickets to the match should receive FAN-ID, a personalized ID card, a part of identification system of football fans. It is issued for free when you buy tickets.
On June 2, at a meeting on functioning of the State information system “Public control” Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Timur Zaripov informed that the number of published requests in the Public control system increased by 19 per cent and made 7,000 in May. The share of resolved requests has increased by 5 per cent.
Russian Ministry of Communications has launched a new service that enables checking preliminary results of the Unified State Examination on the Portal of state and municipal services gosuslugi.ru.

On June 1, during the St Petersburg International Economic Forum, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and President – Board Chairman of Pochta Bank Dmitry Rudnko signed a cooperation agreement between Tatarstan and Pochta Bank.
