Ayrat Khayrullin hands in the diplomas to 98 graduates of International Competence Centre – Kazan Technical College of Information Technology and Communications

On March 5, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ayrat Khayrullin took part in a solemn ceremony of handing in the diplomas to graduates of the Telecommunication Technologies and Information Security department of the International Competence Centre - Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications and congratulated the students on the graduation from the college.
