The International Competence Centre - Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications of Tatarstan took part and became the winner of the competitive enrollement for a grant from the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation under the departmental target programme "Support to innovation in the development and monitoring of the education system". Due to this victory, 5 new workshops started to operate in the technical school.

On November 27, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Airat Khairullin spoke at the fifth meeting of Tatarstan State Council of the sixth convocation.
