This document is the basis of the legal system of our state and defines the fundamental principles of its functioning. The Constitution was adopted at a national referendum on December 12, 1993. At this historic moment, Russian citizens expressed their confidence in the new political course.

The project is free for residents of Tatarstan aged 18 to 35 years old with completed higher education or in student status, having an idea or a finished project.
