On December 5, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with Mayor of Naberzhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev visited head office of multi-functional centre in Naberezhnye Chelny. Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Technologies and Communications Airat Khairullin made a presentation of development plans of multi-functional centres in the republic.
On December 5, the government started the acceptance of applications for training in the digital economy competency programmes. Residents of five regions of the country, namely, Bashkortostan, Yakutia, Tatarstan, Rostov and Tula regions can apply for personal digital certificates until the end of 2019.

Since December 1 of the current year, applications and documents for registration in kindergartens of Kazan will be accepted by Multifunctional Centre of state and municipal services of Tatarstan.
