A personal account for issuing digital permits launched

Tatarstan citizens can apply for a digital permit for leaving home during the self-isolation regime using the website https://covid19.tatarstan.ru/. A personal account has been launched for this purpose.
Now Tatarstan citizens do not need to send SMS messages to register in the system and receive exit codes. It is necessary to create your personal account on the website, indicating passport details and a phone number. Citizens of another country can use a residence permit, migration card or visa as a document.
